Edgeable Syncer is a trade execution and replication tool only. It copies orders from a designated leader account to one or more follower accounts at your direction.

• Edgeable does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or trading recommendations of any kind.
• Edgeable does not manage your money or make trading decisions on your behalf.
• Edgeable does not guarantee execution quality, fill prices, or replication accuracy. Slippage, latency, and broker-side rejections can occur.
• All trading decisions are made solely by you, the user. Edgeable merely replicates the orders you or your leader account places.
• Using Edgeable to copy a profitable account does not guarantee you will achieve the same results. Market conditions, sizing, and timing all affect outcomes.

Prop Firm Compliance

Edgeable Syncer is designed to assist traders managing multiple funded accounts, but it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of trade copying complies with the rules and terms of any prop trading firm you are funded by.

• Edgeable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any prop trading firm including but not limited to MyFundedFutures, Apex Trader Funding, TopStep, Tradeify, Bulenox, Take Profit Trader, or TradeDay.
• Prop firm rules vary. Some firms permit trade copying across accounts; others may restrict it. Always check your firm's specific terms before using a copier.
• Edgeable's built-in risk management features (daily loss limits, consistency rules) are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee of prop firm compliance. You remain responsible for your own rule adherence.
• A breach of your prop firm's rules resulting from use of Edgeable Syncer is your sole responsibility.

Technical Risks

Like all software, Edgeable Syncer may experience downtime, latency, bugs, or connectivity issues. These events may cause orders to be delayed, duplicated, missed, or placed incorrectly.

• Replication latency is typically 30–40ms under normal conditions but is not guaranteed and may be higher due to network conditions, broker API delays, or server load.
• Edgeable is dependent on third-party broker APIs (Rithmic, Tradovate, etc.). Outages or changes to those APIs are outside our control.
• You should always monitor your accounts independently and not rely solely on Edgeable to manage open positions.
• Always maintain the ability to close positions directly through your broker in the event of a technical failure.

No Guarantee of Service

Edgeable Syncer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
